Kristin von Donop
Kristin works with CEOs and senior teams to strengthen their ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure their organizations to address change. As a Principal at Change Logic she focuses on building the adaptive capacity of organizations. She is known for her ability to engage people at all levels to identify their most significant challenges, generate solutions, and lead successful implementation. She has worked with CEOS and senior teams across a range of industries, with a particular focus on technology firms.
Kristin started consulting with Accenture and joined IBM to work with business unit leaders on change and transformation. In partnership with J. Bruce Harreld, Senior Vice President of IBM Corporate Strategy, and Harvard Business School, Kristin worked with senior teams to address enterprise collaboration challenges.
Kristin taught leadership as faculty for Harvard University’s Executive Education programs and the Dubai School of Government. She is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Northeastern University.
